If orthodontic treatment is needed, we will schedule an appointment for Diagnostic Records. If time allows, these records may be taken during your initial visit.

• Digital impressions or study models of your teeth
• Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays
• A comprehensive growth and treatment evaluation

These records help Dr. Worthington create a personalized treatment plan designed to your specific needs.

Understanding the Cost of Treatment

The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the complexity of your case. Our treatment coordinator will discuss fees and payment options with you during your consultation.

We offer a wide range of payment plans to fit your budget and accept assignments from most insurance plans. Our goal is to make high-quality orthodontic care accessible and affordable for all patients.

What’s Included in Your Investment?

Your orthodontic investment covers:

• Diagnostic records (X-rays, study models, and a growth analysis)
• Comprehensive treatment (braces or clear aligners, appliances, office visits, and all in-office procedures)
• One set of retainers upon completion of Phase II treatment

What’s Not Included?

• Dental work performed outside our orthodontic office
• Additional fees for unexpected complications such as TMJ issues or surgical needs
• Replacement costs for lost or broken appliances and retainers

Insurance and Assignment of Benefits

We accept the assignment of benefits for most insurance plans, helping to lower your out-of-pocket costs. If we are not in-network with your provider, we will gladly assist in filing claims so you can receive direct reimbursement.

If there are any changes to your insurance policy during treatment, please inform us immediately so we can adjust your contract accordingly.
